Return and Exchange Policy

Here at Anjays Designs, our commitment to make your purchase perfect doesn't stop at delivery. We stand behind our jewelry, therefore, we offer an easy and smooth return/exchange process!

 

- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

- Items must include its original tags and packaging

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

- Any personalized (engraved and/or custom orders) are final sale and are non-refundable/exchangeable

 

Step 1: If all requirements listed above are met, please click here to request a return: Return Portals Page

 

Step 2: Please include a note inside the package with your name, order number, and labeling "return". In addition, please ensure that the item is shipped in safe and secure packaging, and includes its original packaging and tags.

 

Step 3: Print out your return label and ship the item back to us. For security reasons, please do not write jewelry, ring, or other related words anywhere on the package.

 

Step 4: After we have received your package, we will inspect and check the condition of the returned item. Your refund will take approximately 5-7 business days to process back in to your account.
