Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Many of our pieces are custom, made-to-order fine jewelry, so please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Am I responsible for customs fees or import duties?
Yes. For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Is my purchase insured during shipping?
Orders are shipped securely, and we work with our carriers to protect your package in transit. Contact us if you have questions about shipping insurance on your order.
Will my package look discreet?
Yes, we ship in secure, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Items may be returned if unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging included. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. See our full Return and Exchange Policy for step-by-step instructions.
Are engraved or custom pieces returnable?
Personalized items, including engraved and custom orders, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Return Portal to start a return, or email us at sales@anjaysdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery to begin an exchange.
Ring Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Use our Ring Size Guide for a full size chart and step-by-step measuring instructions, including a printable measuring strip.
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, especially with wider bands.
Can I resize my ring after purchase, and is there a fee?
In many cases, we can resize your ring after purchase. Contact us at sales@anjaysdesigns.com with your order number to check eligibility.
What if my custom ring doesn't fit when it arrives?
If your custom ring doesn't fit, contact us right away at sales@anjaysdesigns.com so we can arrange a resize.
Materials & Quality
What metal options do you offer?
We craft our jewelry in a variety of premium metals, including 14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, and rose) and platinum. Contact us if you have a specific metal in mind for your piece.
Are your diamonds certified?
Our diamonds are certified by independent gemological laboratories such as GIA and IGI, so you can shop with confidence knowing exactly what you're getting.
What gemstones do you offer besides diamonds?

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it regularly with a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water, store pieces separately to avoid scratching, and remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or using household chemicals.
Custom Orders & Diamonds
Can I design a custom engagement ring?
Absolutely. Visit our custom ring page to start designing your one-of-a-kind engagement ring with our team.
What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds, but are grown in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth, making them a more affordable and ethical choice. Learn more on our Lab Grown Diamonds page.
How long does a custom design take from start to finish?
Most custom designs take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, though timing can vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
Can I use my own stone or a family heirloom in a custom piece?
Yes, we're happy to work with your own diamond, gemstone, or family heirloom as part of a custom design. Contact us to discuss your project.
Do you offer 3D renderings or previews before production?
Yes, for custom designs we can provide a digital rendering for your approval before we begin production.
Trust & Authenticity
Does my jewelry come with an appraisal or certificate of authenticity?
Certified diamonds include their grading report, and appraisals for insurance purposes are available upon request.
Do you offer insurance for the piece itself after delivery?
We recommend insuring your jewelry through a provider such as Jewelers Mutual for ongoing protection after delivery. Contact us if you'd like a recommendation.
Ring Services
Do you offer a try-before-you-buy or ring concierge service?
We don't currently offer a try-before-you-buy program, but our team is happy to provide detailed photos, videos, and guidance to help you choose the perfect ring.
Can I trade in or upgrade my ring later?
We don't currently offer a formal trade-in program. Contact us to discuss upgrade options for your ring.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay Installments, so you can split your purchase into interest-free payments over time.
Warranty & Care
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All of our jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage from normal wear.
